OBAR INCIDENT (You'll pay for this)

This is a disturbing matter! My friend was dragged inside your bar and beat four of your customers without any reasons. Grabe! Wala kayong nagawa to think ang lalaki ng katawan ng mga waiters niyo! What we are wanted is not a simple sympathy, we are asking for a justice. Tambayan ng bakla ang OBAR, Sa amin kayo kumikita. Wala ang establishment niyo kung hindi sa amin. If gays are not safe to a so called "gay haven", bakit pa namin kailangan ang bar niyo. Mismo sa loob ng bar niyo nangyari ang incident. Kahit anong anggulo niyo tignan, mali ang naging katayuan niyo sa isang insidente kagaya nito.

Matalas Ang Memory Ko Noh! ^I^ ) My Nose Kept On Bleeding....I Have WITNESSES.....Whatever The Reason Was...NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO PUNCH ANYONE.....And, OF ALL THE PEOPLE, AKO PA!!?? Nyeta Ka! HINDI KO PALALAMPASIN ITO! To The Management Of "O-Bar", I DON'T DESERVE SUCH TREATMENT....Hindi Pa Ito PERIOD...I'm Not DONE Yet....( I'M REALLY UPSET......SUPER UPSET!!! ^I^ GGRRHHHH! )

To all gay men let us not support this bar. They are just happy with our money and never with our welfare and safety.

    May I respectfully remind the administrator of this blog that this incident is not in any way a HATE CRIME against an LGBTQ member but a personal squabble between Gay Individuals who had a misunderstanding inside a Gay Club.

    i find it hard to believe that four gay-haters would be so brazen as to enter an obviously gay-patronized bar like O-Bar. Is it be possible that the beating was by gay people as well? in which case, this wouldn't be a hate crime and would actually point to some other reason the person got beaten. In the interest of fairness, I'd also like to hear what O-Bar has to say. and i think this site should be more responsible in managing their posts.

    The British Model:
    UK’s Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) definition of hate crime. It is: ‘any hate incident, which constitutes a criminal offence, perceived by the victim or any other person as being motivated by prejudice or hate’. A hate incident is defined as ‘any incident, which may or may not constitute a criminal offence, which is perceived by the victim or any other person as being motivated by prejudice or hate’.

    I, Reighben Labilles, included Carl's facebook note to our blog because Carl and another person perceived that what transpired is a hate crime. I understand that the majority of the post is dedicated to expressing Carl's frustrations against OBar. But that is not the reason why I posted it into this blog. I posted it because his gay friend got assaulted, which was perceived by both Carl and another person as a hate crime. Given that the condition present within what was reported and commented on the original note fits with the British Model, I have perceived it as a hate crime as well.

    But I, Reighben Labilles, do not share their frustrations and anger towards the establishment. My sole concern is that a gay man was attacked. And I extend my apologies to people and institutions who were offended by this post. It was not my intention to offend.
